Anyone load for the 284Win?

Just picked up a Savage 99M in 284 Win. I have the Rcbs 145 sil mould and maybe a lee mould of around 130gr, I think. Haven't cast 7mm in decades. Any recommended loads for this beast, from anyone that might load for it? Thanks

I have a pre-64 Winchester 88 in 284, but it's pretty much a safe queen these days. I haven't shot cast in it, but it shoots j@?*#ed bullets quite well.
