Several weeks ago a member from the rock slide area of ORO had been reported as A W O L.

Has anyone heard from him?

The radio said today that they had identified the remains of 41 residents with only 2 still missing.

No I do not remember any name or screen name.

Thanks for the info.

I would imagine that he REALLY has other priorities that are far more important right now.

We will just have to be patient and say a big Thank You that that disaster did not hit our own homes.

I do not even want to imagine what it was like digging thru all of that then finding that poor infant.

Not something I would want to do myself.

Thanks guys.

I do not know him just remember that someone was concerned.

Looks like he took 3 weeks vacation.

Speaking of missing members, has anyone heard from Atom 73? He posted his blackpowder making process then was going away but would be back after his move.
Just wondering.

Julie and Adam Farnes, mother and son, were from my tiny town of Cordova, Alaska... We are having a funeral service for them this saturday that I will be doing the technical stuff for at our church.... They had just moved to Washington, and the farnes family are long long time residents of our tiny town, i knew them both fairly well. I had such a hard time with the whole thing as they moved to get away of the savage winters and wind that we get here, only to be killed in the mud... Very sad indeed.... May the Lord bless the family....

Having 3 daughters and a 7 month old grandson, its rough seeing those kids names on that list.
