It's group benifit auction time:-D I bought a couple of new unmounted 44 mag barrels a couple of years back. I used one for a project and had a spare in case I messed up[smilie=1: Project was success so I will offer other up for site benifit.
It is 18.5" long including chamber, 10 groove/land RH ,looks to be 1-20 twist (full of cosmo) unblued, chambered 44mag, dovetailed front and back(13" center to center) also directly under the front dovetail is another dovetail that is bisected from the muzzle to 2" back by a slot (tube mag mount?) has extractor slot at 3 o'clock. top leading edge of chamber is beveled. also the face of chamber has a 'hood' running from 8 O'clock around to 2 O'clock(hood is beveled) and protrudes .269" barrel is Bull .80" I'll try to post pics if there is interest. Start bidding @ $20.00 I'll pay postage to winner in lower 48 (sorry Canada,Europe and Down Under):drinks:
I heard they were made by IMI (UZI/ Desert Eagle) for a lever carbine that never got off of ground. My project gun sluggs .430.
