It is melting here like crazy, suppose to get close to 60 in the next few days. Winter is over I'm telling you, wallmart campers are never wrong. lol

Yep I know it is the start of Summer here in South TEXAS as Today was the first day the Mosquitoes tried to carry me off lol. Thank Goodness this evening I was in HEB and they had Cutter Mosquito spray on sale for I think $0.89 a can after coupon. :)

Already drying up here in the Bay Area of Kommifornia,visiting for a few weeks,a bit of rain a few weeks ago but drought and illegal aliens are the rule here.Spring is nearly gone summer any time,100 deg. by May means long hot summer here,not Texas hot but sucks none the less,I'll keep my Wyoming springs and summers.

The wife and I have a running game every spring. We keep a running count of people that "push" the season a bit in terms of their clothing.
I am up two bikini clad/riding mower sightings, plus up 7 portly shirtless dudes.......

Yep, spring is here! Trees in full leaf, grass/weeds are growing, and TORNADO WARNINGS all weekend!

The weather guessers are predicting rain, hail and tornadoes for Sat and Sun. Gotta' love this Texas weather. Temps in the 60's last week and this week in the high 80's!

An old saying here is "Never Cast A Clout Till May I Out". its time to strip off the red flannel and goose grease Chest Wrap.(only joking we are realy not like that ).Today it is raining and cool (25th April) we have had some nice sunny days and everything in the garden is waking up.I have just transferred my tomato plants to large pots.I have lots of good strong tomato plants to spare .I aim to give them to family and neighbours.Off to the Range tomorrow 500 yard day.
