Midway heater,how old is it?

I have a MidwayUSA lube heater,adjustable temperature and all.Just wondering when it was made?
Not so much information without a picture I know,but maybe some of you remember them?
Also,the RCBS bottom pour lead pot without a heating source,anyone have a picture of one of these and the value?

I've had my Midway lubrisizer heater for at least 15 years. I think they'd been around for a few years before I got mine.
