Howdy yall! I'm was born in raised in NC but live in Texas. 10 year Marine vet. Got interested in casting slugs and found this site. Lots of info on here (I've been a lurker), and its quite overwhelming, but Im sure I'll get the hang of it!

Well, welcome to the site. I was raised in NC and transplanted to KY after 23 years in the Army.

Good bunch here for the most part and loads of experience in casting. Just jump on in as we're all friends here./beagle

I'll be the second to welcome you to the sickness...Galina (the little chick sitting on the boolit top of the page) welcomes you also.... It could take months of reading to catch up on the bull (info) around here. Enjoy!

Many Texans weren't native born, but got here as soon as they could. My Great grandfather was born in Germany and had the good sense to come here in 1903. Some ancestors on the other side saw Columbus arrive. Welcome.

I'm another one that got here as quick as I could. Welcome, from another newbie. I'm over on East Texas, hiding in the Piney Woods of Upshur County. :-)

Welcome to CB! I too am a Texas transplant. In fact I've been here & gone a couple times but I keep coming back. I have no desire to be anywhere else, frankly. :)
