Load data source for 220 Swift with 75 gr BTHP

Got some jacketed bullets, 22 Cal .224 75 gr BTHP, given to me. When trying to find load data the heaviest bullet listed is 70 grs. Any one know where I should look?
Powders on hand are 3031, 4895, 4064, Win 746. I see these powders used in various bullet weight for 220 Swift but nothing over 70 grs.

I really don't know if the standard rate of twist in the Swift barrel will stabilize a bullet that long. Takes a 1 in 8" or faster in the .223/5.56 for a long bullet like that.

I agree. Trade them for some 55 gr.
