For about $20 they offer many custom sized expanders for proper neck tension for us Boolit freaks!
I chose .312"-"316" (actually measured .3117" and .3158") and is perfect for my .314" sized 314299 boolits for my Enfield. The Lyman "31" M-die only measured .3097" and .314". After brass springback, the tension was too great. The expander is beautifully machined, and comes complete with a constriction locking nut. I was going to make one myself with my micro-lathe (Dewalt drill / Thanks for the tip Goodsteel!), but my time is worth more than $20. No more "second sizing" by my case necks! Lol

Were yours available when you ordered or did you have to go on the back order process? I ordered a couple but both of mine are on the back order process. I am sure they will be worth the wait.

It was in stock, and I got it three days after ordering.
One more thing.....I noticed the "step" that goes from .312" to .316" is more gradual than that of the Lyman. This lets you set the boolit on the neck squarely, but feels smoother when seating.

Get this! I just got off of the phone with BA. Looking for the price of 2 custom sizers. 1 at .429 (44) and 1 at .450 (45acp)
1 was in stock from RCBS 30$ and the other was a custom made one for 19$

As Alonis Morrisette says "Isn't it ironic"? Lol
Cough-cough....bad joke
But seriously....Buffalo don't have arms, they have legs!

See that "VAN" on the label? That's my friend 'Van' in Idaho who made that there piece for Dave Gullo.

Buffalo Arms are very good and help to export to us peasants in the rest of the world.
