Fellas, I called Lee today to verify they had received the molds and asked to add three extras to the total. The lady I talked to didn't know if that was possible, but she took my credit card number anyway! :) The molds have not yet been inspected, and I'll call back tomorrow for the answer on adding to the order. Fellas, they admitted the nose was oversized and have agreed to cut new ones. I was also able to add the requested three additional molds to the order. No word on delivery times, but I'll keep you posted. Tony

I don't suppose they mentioned what they are going to do with the rejects. Two thirds of my .45 "autos" are rollers (S&W 1917 & a converted Webley). It might be interesting to pick one up and give it a try in those.

If I were you I'd call Lee right quick, I would guess that they'd be happy to sell what they can. They do have a "Seconds" section on there web site, maybe that's where they'll end up.

Thanks Catshooter, I forgot about the "seconds" page. I just checked and they aren't there yet. I looks like they want $50 for the 6 holers. I don't think I want one that bad. $35 might be tempting.

I offered to see how many of the oversize molds I could sell if Lee would give us a dealer price. They refused, and told me they would sell them as-is for the full $50 price. I imagine a call to Lee would get one sent quickly. PM me if you want my name and the order information before you contact them. Tony
