7.62X39 Brass "?"

I bought some brass at a swapmeet this passed weekend there all once fired and boxer primed, 200 of them for $15.00. There are 20 of them that have the tell, tell dent in the side near the shoulder, they were probably shot in a AK. Some of them are head stamped Winchester most of them are head stamped, 7.62X39 IK-85 SIEC, the question is who is the maker of that brass?

Thanks. I hope this is good brass, it looks the same as Winchester brass, same color. I can't tell any difference in it and the other brass.

I don't know their reputation for quality. I think I can feel problems in the loading process if they're there.

I picked up some range brass in 8X57 headstamped IK. It cleaned up good, and I've loaded and fired it several time, with no issues.

Make sure the IK brass is boxer and not berdan before you try to decap it. I have seen IK 7.62x39 that is berdan-primed.
