Hi Guys,
I found new brass today.
It is smaller the 50 BMG in height but has a mouth at the size of 20mm Vulcan brass.
It is a strait wall brass unlike the 200 Vulcan and the 50 BMG
The mount of the 50BMG fits easily inside the mouth of the mystery brass.
Head stamp only says CBC and the year.

My guess is it a 20mm or close to it but at a size that could fit a pistol?
Looking at it remind me the 500SW maybe that a 2000SW :)
(That would be one hell of a pistol, the kind you can shoot only twice in your life.
One time in each hand. ;-) )

Looks like an all brass 10 or 12 gauge shotgun shell. Jay

Better known in the cowboy shooting crowd (black powder shooters).

I will go with brass shotshell or one of Hubbles Casings.

Do you have Micrometer or Caliper's? measure the case accurately...

CBC is the magtech's markings.
if you cut the 50 cal off at the shoulder it makes a 700 straight walled case.
the 12 ga is .729 bore [well was until they discovered over boring] so it could be .740 and I have seen some go to .750, the same as a 10 ga.

It looks like one of the MagTech 32ga shot shells. All brass, LR boxer primed. Rim diameter is .629, case head dia is .568, and the basic brass is 2.43 in length. That one you have looks like the mouth is blown open. mikey
