I like to ask on this mix any one have any idea the BHN
I use 6 lbs of wheel weights with 4 lbs of linotype. Not the same formula as Lyman #2 but about the same hardness.

My wheelweights measures 13 bhn

My linotype measures 22 bhn

I am guessing your 60/40 mix will be 15-16 bhn

That mix is about a 2% tin 6% antimony mix, or the typlical "hard" alloy used by commercial casters, around 16-18 bhn. You don't need a hard boolit for revolvers, especially with gas checks. I would cut down the linotype to 1 with 6 COWW (or even 8 COWW) and add a little tin to the mix. But that's just my opinion, and it assumes the COWW are 3% antimony, which now days may be questionable.

They should work fine, but you may have to experiment with sizing diameter and of course powders.
I have found that 7g of Unique behind a 165g NOE 311-165RF, Bhn 11, .309 sized boolit shoots very well from my 2/ea Marlin .30-30's. Velocity is around 1150 fps and the SD is 3.

Should work fine, maybe a bit hard for hunting. I use 14 or 15 gr of H110 for target(not shooting a marlin, so can't speak to the accuracy in that rifle). If you decided to push it, you should be able to approach full power with that alloy.

I'd definitely cut down on the lino-type.
I use a 3-1 ww/lino-mix for a few things and that alloy is in the 15 bhn range for me.
your marlin may like a bit bigger boolit,, 311 is closer to what I hear they generally like.
