I need a 230 to 250 grain cast bullet with a short nose for my 41 tracker. Found a good one at Montana bullets but they have closed. It has a .275 nose and weights 230 grains. Anyone know who makes something similar.

Cast Performance makes a good one but they cost too much. I don't need gas checks anyway. Anyone know if a mold like this bullet can be bought.

I have a 235 grain LBT mold in 41, does use a gas check. It's a Wide Flat Nose mold.

I too have a tracker .41x 4'' I had some of the Montana boolits -- but now I trim about 50 hulls to 1.15 and shoot a saeco 230 K just fine well as well as I can-- the charge is 13.5 of 2400 or AA#9 -- can go to higher but normally do not - velocity is depending on charge is 1100 to 1200 with a Keith or cast HP-- --works for me-- these are kinda of neat 5 guns

My Freedom Arms M97 requires SAAMI spec overall length. I use the LBT WFN 240 grain bullet, and Tom at Accurate Molds also designed this one for me:

The full diameter portion of WFN bullets enter the chamber throat and must be sized to fit. The Accurate bullets are more forgiving, and just as accurate. Both work well, and I shoot lots of them.
