I just got my first few hundred 200 wfn cast for the 10 and 40. I was wondering if anyone else has had any experience with this bullet in these cartridges.100086

Those look real pretty. I have the mold, but haven't taken it out of the box yet. I may go with a lighter boolit instead.

Here you go: http://castboolits.gunloads.com/showthread.php?233967-Fun-with-the-10mm!!

Ensure you start at the starting charge in your manuals, or per the powder manufacturer's website, and do your own load work up. So far the RCBS has shot inside the NOE at every load increment.

I wanted to expand a bit on my previous post concerning the WFN. I haven't hit the pressure ceiling yet so accuracy my come together to rival or beat the RCBS. The NOE-200-WFN has a much shorter bearing surface than the RCBS. With the WFN I am still seeing low pressure signs using AA#9 at 12.8 gr.

With the RCBS I am seeing a happy spot at 12.6 gr. I expect I'll hit my load ceiling with the RCBS at 13 gr and possibly at 12.8 gr. I suspect the NOE load ceiling will be a bit higher.

Of course this is all speculation until the trigger is pulled...

Thank you for your thoughts. I have tried first round up to 6.8 grains of blue dot with decent results. I now have a variety of harnesses im trying. Once the wind dies down ill pull out the chrono to see where they land. So far I really like the design.
