Well this has been an interesting season for me. The start up I was working for ran out of money early in Dec. so, using the time I have, I've spent the past couple of weeks casting boolits! So far 1500 9mm 125gr rn from a 6 cavity Lee mould..

Interestingly enough, it took the first 1000 to break in the mould, then after that it was dropping perfect boolits! Now I have to make up some more alloy (5% antimony, 1% tin) and crank out another 3000 or so to keep from running dry this spring/summer!

So, Merry Christmas to all (even the Hanukkah folk) especially those that have taken the time to answer my questions!

Merry Christmas back to you, and fervent wishes for a new/better job soon! Being unemployed bites!
The fine people here started meon this great hobby this year, gave much advice and assitance, and let me take this opportunity to thank each and everyone who did so, thank you very much.
God Bless, on the birth celebration for His Son.

Merry Christmas to everyone. There are a lot of knowledgeable folks on this forum who are generous with there time and expertice. I cast better boolits and shoot the boolits I cast with more accuracy.

"Christmas a Humbug!, Surely Uncle you don't mean that"... "I wish that every man who goes about with Merry Christamas on his lips would be boiled in his own plum pudding and buried with a stake of holly through his heart"...
A CHRISTMAS CAROL

But Merry Christmas anyway and I do mean Merry Christmas, not happy Hollidays.

Merry Christmas to all! Meant sincerely, even though He was probably born in the spring. His birth is well worth commemorating even if its the wrong day.

Me too, A very merry Xmas from Julie and myself. Also let me thank everyone for all the help I have gotten in the past. Never a harsh word and never made me feel bad when I asked a dumb question. even when I asked it three times three different ways.
May everyone be happy and safe.

Merry Christmas from Kirkuk, Iraq!

Midnight Mass last night was especially nice as we had some 81mm "eastern stars" appearing over the city.

Hi Bruce and Steve,

Thanks for your service and your sacrifice to our great country. I wanted you to know that the vast majority of Americans respect what you guys (and gals) are doing in the middle east. It seems like a long way away to some, but I think the threat of radicalized western hating islamists is a very real one.

I hope the GIs don't get disheartened from the message that the media politburo is broadcasting. I don't believe it represents the mainstream of American thinking.

Merry Christmas,

Rob :drinks:
