Why is Remington the only maker for 357 maximum brass?

Starline makes 357 mag and 360 wesson. why dont/cant they make maximum brass?
is there a patent stopping others (not Remington) from making it?
seems like there is enough people looking for it that it would make sense to manufacture it.
i have some real old federal brass so i know it was made by others at one time.
is it really that unpopular?
maybe this is a silly question. just been wondering.

I belive at one time Federal made 357 Max brass.

Winchester and Federal both made 357 Max brass at one time.

Back when IHMSA was big and the 357 Max was one of the top
cartridges it was in demand enough that all 3 companies wanted
to make it - but after the top strap cutting brew-haha and
Ruger and Dan Wesson dropped their revolvers it sort of got
Orphaned.
