I went to reply to a post and got the above message ... If I wait the "required time" then hit post, it gives a double post! If I ignore it and just tap the original section the thread was in (Chapel in this example) I see it posted my post ...

I'm using an iPhone 5 ... Not sure if that has anything to do with it ... This happened two days ago too! I have posted other times in the last few days without this problem ...
The button you use to 'Send' may be doubling.
That is, it makes contact when you press it, but makes contact a second time before you take your finger away.
So, you are doubling the send command, and you get the message.

When you see that message, DON'T hit send again. The message is an indication that your message has already arrived ... twice.
