anyone live in kitsap county WA?

my girl friend and I are looking at piece of property that her grandmother owns in Kitsap county WA, and we very much want to get our boots on the ground there and check it out,

but currently I am in school in California and she is working in Florida.

it my hope that one of you fine gentlemen could get some boots on the ground and take pictures of the vacant lot.

if you live around there, please PM me and ill give you more information



if you live in the area, yet have no desire to do some looking around for us, we understand, but if you do live up there in that area I have questions reguarding climate and weather, local economy, job availability, political climate. and also if you have any idea on difficulty of new construction, like building permits and the sort.

Tell me where it is by PM. I live just across Hood Canal from Kitsap and we shop over by Bremerton and at the Navy Commissary in Bangor frequently. Don't know what you will be doing up here for a living but if you have options, there is a reason we call this neighborhood around Quilcene - "our piece of paradise". Sounds like you will be building from scratch as we did 6 years ago so we might have more info on that part as well. Been there, done that, got the Tee Shirt.

Best thing to do is look at property in the winter in the northwest. You won't see the marsh you own in the summertime.
