I don't think your going to find that, but you should be looking for a bag of #3 lead buckshot as it is about that size.

Buck1, check with Raphine molds he used to make a .250, pricey but good stuff. I have a scratch built .25 flinter.

That measures .257. close but a bit too much of a squeeze.
I used a .25 colt auto bbl liner when I modified this little gun.

as for Raphine molds, I will check it out . But I was hoping to keep the cost down a bit. I went hog wild when I customized this thing$$$$$$.

Heres a link to it if anyones is intrested.(bucks handcannon) It shoots a 19gr .25 cal pellet at about 550fps.

Most of the references list the diameter to two places at 0.25". This could be easily sized with a Lee push thru sizer or a 0.251" H&I die for the 25 ACP. Lee offers custom sizes at $25.00. I size a lot of larger ball sizes in push thrus and lubrisizer dies. All the sizing does is leave a flattened band around the circumference.

Don't some of the airgun suppliers have .25 caliber RB's available? I seem to recall seeing some listed online, either RWS or Beeman made them.

I don't know about the mold, but I just had to say, that is a neat little airgun you have customized and I for one would like to hear more about how it shoots and some details on the mods. Good luck, CJ.

Also thanks for the link to the site.

THANKS ALL!!
I assumed that the .25 RBs were .257 as the hornady shot are, but they may be .250?? But the lee sizer with the Round balls may be the cure for what I need. Yes sir that will most likely work!
As for the pell gun, Its a modified Crosman 2240 22 cal pistol with a custom shop steel breech, Custom brass power adjuster , wood lam grips, custom break and a modified power valve I bought a Track of the woolf .25 colt auto bbl liner and had it machined to fit the breech.
For a co2 powered airgun its strong but even with all the mods a .22 lr is still quite a bit more powerfull. But thats good as I can scratch my shooting itch in the back yard when I cant make it to the range. It will hold groups in to a nickle at 25 yards when I do my part RESTED. Thats hard to belive I know but I was -amazed- how well you can make a fairly good quality airgun shoot! It can and has taken very small game cleanly out to 30 yards, but talk about shot placement being everything . HEAD SHOTS ONLY!
If by chance anyone is intrested in putting one together I can point you in the right direction. There are guys out there as devoted to air as we are to casting.
Thanks again everyone!!!

RWS makes .25 cal pellets. I have a box around I use for noiseless loads. Modified .250 Savage and .257 Roberts cases to take shotgun primers.

There is a fellow named Jeff Tanner that will make a round ball mould for you in any size you need. A mould that size will probably cost about $20.00 to $25.00.
If you do a 'net search for Jeff Tanner Moulds, you can see if that is one you might be interested in.

It looks like the .25 RBs and pellets are in fact .257 not .250-.252 ,5-7 thousanths are just to much for this little bolt to push.
I made a crude sizer that will size pellets to .250 . It works well for pellets but RBs are not doing so well as placement in the gun is near un-doable.
Jeff Tanner ? Well I will give him a try. Thanks!!!!....Buck
