Need help IDing this Wiping solder

Can anyone identify this brand of solder and what % of tin is in it?

Wiping solder generally has a composition of not more than 40% Tin and the remainder Pb. I have read of other ratios, and have a bar myself, that was analyzed at 37% Tin, 1% Antimony and remainder Pb. Federated also produced an auto body filler composition that was 5% Antimony, 0.2% Tin, and remainder Pb. If you are near a metal recycling facility, they could probably test a small sliver to give you an exact content.
