12:44,

Studying for a physical chemistry exam. Why? So I can pass my exam Tuesday :p Why? So I can slack later in the semester allowing more casting time (seriously, that's what I'm looking forward to).

Why slack? Because I'm already accepted to graduate school, just need to finish the last 2 classes of my degree to start next fall.

Delayed Sleep Pattern Syndrome. Yes, there's a medical term for my condition. Absent any outside forces, such as having a work schedule, I go to sleep about 4 AM, wake for a short while at 8, then sleep 'til noon. I endured 40 years of suppressing my symptoms, and now that I'm retired I'm gonna revel in them.

LOL It is 28:35 Sunday 2 February 2014 on my planet. Can I play, too? Starting out a bit goofy then working night shift for 35 years really changes one's perspective. I put the OCD folks on edge when I say "Good Morning" to them at 1900, but I just cannot help myself!

Just finished a BIG bowl of homemade chilli and rice, working on my 4th coffee (the one I drink on my way to bed) and perusing all the wonders and amazements in the world of Cast Boolits.

I honestly wonder if I suffer from the same thing. My natural body clock tells me to go to sleep around 2 or 3 am and sleep till 9 or 10 am. Always has. I always feel better when I can follow what my body wants to do as far as sleep instead of having to go to bed and get up earlier. I usually don't sleep as well or feel rested.

Well, it is 01:00 local. I have been having problems with the asthma lately, and the fibro and rheumatiz are flaring up. So I fell asleep about 18:00, and woke up about 21:30.

I am checking out the site a little, while taking a breathing treatment. I will then take my pills, and go back to sleep. Oh, found a short anime (10 episodes) called Upotte!! It is about a middle school where all the female students are actually assault rifles. It is kind of fun. The character L85 keeps ending up in the nurse's station getting repaired...

just getting home from work. my shift is 8:00pm to 2:00am but if we get every thing don thy let us go home early. So I end up looking at stuff like this or reading till I wind down and go to bed.

just had some toast and jelly and a sip of Jack that I found on the front porch a few weeks a go. we had some heavy wet snow, about six inches, so i got out the old snow blower and did my drive and walk. I was having fun so i did the walk to the ends of the street and the gal's next doors drive. then did the guys across the street. his wife just had a kid so don't see him out much so i did his to give him more time for what ever. any way one day i found a package on the porch with a six pack of bud and a pint of jack with a thank you note for doing the walk.

Good morning fellow gunners,

Well, you wake up in the mornin',
You hear the work bell ring,
And they march you to the table to see the same old thing.
Ain't no food upon the table, and no pork up in the pan.
But you better not complain, boy,
You get in trouble with the man.

0103 Eastern time. Still sitting at this machine when I should have been to bed 2 hours ago. But, got to reading the posts, and the time has slipped by. I may have bought myself some J-words and some brass, though. Waiting to hear from the vendor. Wish my neck would stop hurting. Was diagnosed with 'severe muscle strain' in my neck this past August. My neck muscles were to tight that my scalp hurt. Late at night, I feel it. Time for some menthol muscle rub. Coffee is cold, but, need to be abed, have stuff to do tomorrow, if it doesn't snow too much. It was flurrying while I was out smelting the last of my COWW today. 104lbs gross. 77lbs of cleaned ingots. Haven't smelted the SOWW, yet. Probably about 5 lbs of that. Very little zinc this time, and only a lb or two of FE. Time to turn off the surf music and get to bed. Hope all are enjoying the 'morning'..................8-)

Reason I bought a 2001 Ford F150 with the insurance money from my car... $3995 and only 127k miles. 5.4l engine, special package so nice interior and power everything. Sure some dents and scratches and a little rust. I can live with that for the next 100k miles it should be good for.

Just got home. Two of my days are 0800/1600 and the other three are 1600/0000. Drank a swallow of juice with my PM gaggle of pills. Contemplating an adult beverage but I'll be up at 0700 to zoom the 45 miles to the hospital to sit with Teresa (AKA SWMBO). At least I'm off the next two days. Doing my post-work unwinding visit to CB land. Can't visit here much whilst workin bcz my office has wheels (and lights and siren and lots of firearms & ammunition). And yes I had Coast to Coast on the blower on the way home. Great thread!

Made the most of the rain yesterday. Cleaning, prepping, priming brass.
Had Spam/eggs/onions/vegies skillet fry for dinner tonight. Sometimes cheap food is mm, mm, good.
Rain appears to be over for a while.

Took Timber the Goofy Wolf for his late night walk about an hour ago. Just took an acid reducer. Can't go to bed now for another hour or so. Watching "R5 Sons Alaska" on Hulu. Mrs. smokeywolf is reclined in my easy chair and has a light snore going.
Timber goes to bed for 20 minutes or so, then comes back into the living room and gives us a look like, well, come on, it's bed time. He doesn't like going to bed alone.

0336 here in Washington. I am up in hopes of a good deal on tickets back to see my mother in Indiana. No such luck so went ahead and bought them. $420 apiece! If any ya'll have a secret for decent ticket prices, I'm all ears! Would love a pot of coffee but I must go back for another 1.5 hrs of sleep then its Java Time! Blessings to all!

00:51 here in Kalifornistan.

just waiting for my thigh to stop hurting. Sometimes the autoinject hurts, and I have to wait a bit before I can get to sleep. Maybe I will get better at this in time. :)

Oh, and I am reading on the forum here, of course. :) the one bright part of being awake at this time of the morning.

I hear you brother. I want a new truck. Mine is getting pretty well worn out. I just about had a seizure when I saw the sticker on one that caught my attention. $50K!!

Not even a diesel!
You are not kidding. I saw a typical truck in the lot for over 50K. I paid $56K for the house I'm sitting in and 1 acre. Even used cars are crazy priced. Oh yeah, I'm here because I work 2cd and when I get home I have a brandy and read the news and stuff to wind down before bed.
