On behalf of the Staff here at castboolits, I would like to offer our sincere thanks to JonB-in-Glencoe for his service to the site.
He took it upon himself to manage the castpic of the month section, and has done an absolutely bangup job of it, and has kept it fun and interesting. He saw a need, and filled it, and has just kept right on filling it every month like clockwork.

Jon, thank you for your help! You have not missed a lick and have kept the spirit of the section perfectly on track.
Its high time you got a public notice of appreciation for your service to the site.

Jon's a good fellow - he lives about 90 miles away and I've had the pleasure of meeting him face to face - and he keeps me from having to pack up surplus wheelweight ingots for shipping because I can just drop them off! :) Thanks for keeping the pics going well, Jon!

I chose to include this old Geo. Hensley 38 WC mold in the photo, a mold that doesn't need a tapper, yet a previous owner (not THEE previous owner), seemingly beat the Heck out of it, judging by the Peening on the sprue plate tab.
