Reclaiming lead

I'm not 100% sure where to put this one...

Today was a great day for me and my family and I wont go into details but.....

the question...does anyone do lead reclamation professionally and do you have any tips for me regarding equipment?

(this is not reclaiming shot but bullets from berms)

In the springtime or after a rain, I pick them up one at a time with my fingers.
The soil at the two ranges where I have club membership at, aren't conducive to the typical berm mining (with equipment) some folks talk about here.
