I have an old saeco pot myself...

I like the pro melt better, especially at that price!

Sweetpea, can you please explain why you like the pro melt better than the Saeco.
I have the old Saeco and I love it, but it is in need of major repair. I need to decide shortly if to invest in the Saeco overall, or just
buy the pro melt. bearbud

Bearbud, the pro melt holds twice as much, and does not leak.

Of course, the Saeco is much older than I am...

I like the lever setup better also.

Thanks Sweetpea. It is good to hear from a person that uses both the Saeco and pro melt. I will start looking for a pro melt in the local gun shows. bearbud

Listed shipping price to Australia was $162 :holysheep. My Promelt only cost about $85 to ship (which makes the US shipping price look a bit high).

At the bottom of that EBay page they show lead available from a company called Zip Metals. Anybody ever deal with them?Robert

Hard to believe that anybody would even check CTD's site anymore.

Hey guys, lighten up. Gunoil is a good guy.

BTW -- CTD beats Midway, Natchez, and OpticsPlanet on the Pro-Melt. If you know a better source, post a link.

I personally don't care if CTD is cheaper. They have sold out gun owners and freedom. Wont deal with them at all.

$359.95 http://lurepartsonline.com/Shop-By-Category/Melting-Pots/RCBS-Pro-Melt.html.
Not much cheaper - but still cheaper.
