Took a kid fishin today

My buddy and his wife are not fishing folks, The 8 year old has been on me to take her icefishing this winter.
I've posted pics of our other adventures together, so today we went on her first ice excursion.
We spent 4 hours on the ice, caught 20 + small pike. She caught 4 all by herself with no help,
the last 2 she caught sight fishing down the hole and teasing them into biting.
It was a GREAT day!

That is awsome any time you can get a kid away from the puter,vid games or cell phone and get them outside is a very good thing
you guys up there are wierd I put my boat and fishing gear away when you have to start cutting holes in water LOL

I bet it was a tough job. I could hardly keep the car on the road today. The others were probably waiting for you to go airborne!
