I was looking at buying a mold for my 77/357 to hunt with and didn't know if the NOE 360-180 WFN would feed in it. Has anyone tried this bullet in there 77/357?

The NOE 360-180 WFN is the boolit I use in my 77/357. Deer, woodchucks, pigeons and a caterpillar taken with it so far. I shoot it unchecked. I tried the checked boolits, they shoot the same as the unchecked ones. The unchecked ones don't lead the barrel so why bother. I just finished casting 80 lbs of them, two five lb coffee cans full of them! All sized and lubed, ready to load!

Thanks for the info. How hard are you pushing them without a gas check? What powder are you using?

I hear those sabre toothed cats are VERY NASTY. I think they were added to the "Big Five" making it now the "Big Six"

we don't have that type in my area, ours are the fat dark ones..... easy to hunt, and taste great!

good for making sausage too!

8.5 gr of surplus 10B101 powder. 1550 fps, no checks. My version of speed green. Amsoil Intercepter, beeswax and carnauba. "Speed Yellow"

As far as eating those caterpillars, They suck! Constantly picking legs out of your teeth.

I was just worried about them because the lee 358-158 RF didn't want to feed

What overall cartridge lengths did you try with the Lee 358-158RF?

The Lee Precision 358-158 RF should feed real good so I agree with double check on the OAL.
