Decided to go out and finally do some testing in both my Hi Point 9mm Pistol and Carbine.

First from my pistol:
92020

Winchester White Box ammunition. Not my best but it was cold.

92021

The powder coat looks better but still nothing to write home about.

From my carbine:
92026

Again Winchester White Box. About what I expect from this carbine at 50 yd.

92027

PCed using 3.0 gr bullseye. I think that this charge is a bit light for this round it might do better with a heaver charge. A bit discouraging otherwise. Need more testing to make a determination on PC at greater than pistol ranges.

The best luck I've had so far is between lead data and jacketed data. Either PC or epoxy, they both seem to need to be pushed hard.

My Hi-Point 9mm carbine shoots 130 grn HP NOE range scrap projectiles coated with HF red PC very well. It will hit a 8" gong every shot at 100 yds with a red dot sight. I am shooting 4.4 grns of HP 38 and getting 1200 FPS +- 25. All of my 9 mm pistols shoot the same load as good or better than factory and none show any sign of leading or wear.
