We spent Christmas day and the 26th in the hospital cause the wife developed a sub clavian clot as a result of complications due to her cancer. They finally let her go today, home health is gonna be coming out to check on her for a while. If people are so inclined to do so, please say a word to the big guy on her behalf.

I am very appreciative of everyone and am thankful for all the warm sentiments and prayers. The wife arrived here at CTCA around 3pm by med flight, I arrived not long after that. She is currently in a room, they have her stabilized and on meds to help her with nausea and pain. She is receiving her second unit of blood and we will know more about what is going on Monday as thats when her doctor will go in and take a look after she has had a chance to rest and build up some strength.

An update from savagetactical about his wife as received 25 March..
"Her condition has been deteriorating slowly and her health has suffered gently. She is having more procedures done this week to see how they can best control the cancer. We all appreciate your prayers and are very thnkfull for them. This board has some wonderful people here.

Hello all,
I wanted to provide an update; I know that I have been scarce as of late, sometimes I look at the forums to see whats going on , but I have not been posting as I have had a great deal to do and think about. Annette made the decision a few days ago to go on hospice, as of late she has been been having to receive numerous bags of blood and even platelets as her bodies ability to make blood on its own has become severely compromised. She has been fighting nausea and a great many other symptoms all related to the cancers and even the chemo she was on. She is currently resting comfortably and is receiving care from a home health nurse. She stated she wants to make it till Christmas if the Lord is willing and I am praying for that reverently.

I come to thank everyone here for all they have done in the way of prayer and encouragement for our family, it has been greatly appreciated even though I have been absentee for the most part from this forum. Please if you are so inclined , pray for Annette and to fulfill two requests for me. Pray for her comfort and that she can make it to Christmas.

I want to thank all of you again for your generosity and caring these things have meant the world to us.

Lord we know that you are the Great Physician and you can heal Annette if it is in your will, so Lord we commit this into your hands and ask that Your will be done.
