First session with lee 6 cavity, .358 125 flat point for 38 special. I will adjust the sprue plate screws accordingly next time and maybe flatten. The fin is only on one side of the bullet base and I would like to use these seeing the outside temps are cold and Christmas is coming too fast. Can I run these through a .358 lee sizer to remove the small flash, or just load them as is. I am worried loading as is the flash maybe deposited as leading as it is not being held on by much and maybe broken inside the case when loaded inside the brass case. They are ok beyond that I will do better next round.

^^ ditto
The sizing will take care of the finning

I usually trim off the flash with a pocket knife.

Look carefully at your sprue plate and mold alignment. When base fins appear, it's usually caused by misalignment of the mould blocks or lead adhering to the sprue plate.

Ok, i will check the mold and sprue plate, and probably size the the bad ones. Thanks for your help!

As said: Size, lube, load, shoot. I doubt you'll see any difference in results.
