I like to ask any views on this bullet as far as a good deer hunting round ?
I did have some time on my hands and finally did slug the bore a true .308 bore so .311 or maybe .310 diameter .
I do not cast so my question I know of a gentleman who uses this mold and will add a GC and will resize the boolet to either .311 or .310 lubed
I read RanchDog at 165 gr.at .311 another great bullet

I've used the RCBS 30-150FN boolit sized at .3105" in my 336's. Took one young buck with 21.5 grains of H 4198. Boolit performed well, and deer didn't go far.

I use the RD 165gn sized at .310 for both of my Marlin's and a Glenfield with excellent results. Taken numerous white tail deer & feral hogs using this boolit. I don't know the RCBS boolit but looking at the design I would guess that the generous meplat would work quite well.

I use .311" in my Marlin. The RCBS 150 is a good boolit.
