It's a real Thompson 1927 A1 45 cal Semi Auto Carbine that somebody butchered with a blow torch.

Whoever did that should be beaten with the remnants.

That looks like a butcher job performed by a Police Dept or some other group on confiscated or "buy-back" firearms. Still, it is enough to make one sick.

It gets better. I went to the scrapyard today and the crane operator told me I missed a BAR. I don't think I could handle seeing a butchered BAR.
