Picked this up thinking that I could use the inserts in my RCBS Pro 2000 powder assembly.
Got em home and it's completely different.
Thought that it might be for a piggyback but the pics I found don't look like it.

It has a female thread on the top and male thread on the bottom. The inserts fit tightly on the inside rather snug on the outside of the bottom.

Anyone have an idea what exactly it is?

powder adapter for a progressive press. Although both my piggybacks and AmmoMaster have clear plastic and aluminum bodies. But the three inserts look the same. Could be from their 4x4 press.
The body threads in the press and the Uniflow threads into the top. The bushings go inside. A cartridge rises up from underneath and hits the bushing that acts as a funnel for the powder. Pretty much a floating powder funnel.
My Hornady ProJectors use the same set up. They are steel bodied like yours but use brass bushings.

If you don't need it, I would have an interest in it.

What cheese said. It's very similar to the one on my Pro2000, but not exactly the same.
