Lead is 100% recyclable.

Car batteries are the big deal with lead and they almost all get recycled.
In case you all have not noticed. Socialist policy in the USA has resulted in a depression. over 40% of people in the state of Illinois where I live are unemployed or under employed. May telegraph a falling demand for lead not an increasing demand.
In short recyclers will have short outlets for there product. This is called a depression in some circles.
in the mean time that lead is still in the ground.
