I don't know much about cast bullets... period, but i'm thinking hard on having a tight twist 6x45 or 6.5x45 built. Although not totally dedicated to shooting cast... Would a caliber like this be a good canidate for shooting 80 - 120 gr cast bullets at subsonic speeds? Is it even possible? Would it be capable of taking deer out to 150 yds? Thoughts?

I have no doubt that a 100 gr boolit in the 6mm or the 140 gr in the 6.5mm will take a deer out to 150 yds. as long as you have proper boolit placement. Subsonic loads might be an issue though.
You might want to crank them up to 1700-1800 fps.
