It still pays to be female if a male officer pulls you over.

Especially a well endowed female. lol Twice I have met a female officer that I told I would gladly break a law, just for the experience of them arresting me. lol One of them is was not far from you, up at Prescott Valley, the other one was at Franklin Tx. lol

"Do Not be a distracted driver (texting, talking, etc)"

And yet they are installing digital billboards all over the country, do they believe it will not distract you?

You definitely do not want to get a DUI in Az. Especially in Maricopa county. Scottsdale has always been an expensive place to screw up.

The only part of Arizona that scares me is the highway 10 from Phoenix to Tucson

You must be talking about in/near Eloy, AZ. You REALLY need to slow down through that area.

If you are talking about true billboards, then the state DOT and FHWA do not have anything to deal with them. If instead you are talking about adjustable message boards along roadways/free ways, I would say that it has been shown to actually work better than standard static signs (especially if the DOT/city/county change them regularly). If you really want some fun reading you can read something called the MUTCD. It is 800-900 pages and it only deals with Traffic Control Devices.

Scottsdale still has money to waste Artful. If it were Peoria, she'd have gotten the ticket. Peoria's fines are higher than Scottsdale, but still lower than Paradise Valley. Just glad Peoria refuses to get Photo Radar back. So far...

As I get older, and mellow, I have learned to not exceed posted speeds. I let all the yahoos pass me by. This doesn't concern me. Most accidents are caused by excessive speed and red light runners. I applaud Police efforts to make people aware.

If it really was all about revenue, they would not have advertised the program. They would have just done the increased enforcement.
