I have a box of 457122 cast bullets for my Winchester 1886. Published data that I have is for a 330 grain bullet but these are 350 grain bullets. Is there any published data using these bullets?

Yes, there are data for which you can substitute your bullets.

Try http://hodgdon.com/ and consider using data for 385 grain cast bullets in the Trapdoor section. These data should be safe for your application. They will take you into the vicinity of 1800 fps, which you may find plenty exciting.

I use 43 gr. of IMR-4198 in my Marlin 1895 and Pedersoli 1874 Sharps with the Ranchdog 350 gr. cast with excellant results. Load is under 29,000 psi and should be safe in your 1866. About 1850-1900 fps and is a great buffalo load. I do not tumble lube the Ranchdog boolit, instead I size to .460 using White label 2500+ and get one inch 3 shot groups at 100 yards with both rifles. At 44 gr. group started to open up to just over 1 inch and I have stayed with the 43 gr. load for both accuracy and knock down power.
