Thanks guys. I bought two French roll pans too(one on ebay and one found by a random google search). I'm excited and can't wait to fill them up. I think my muffin and lyman pans are going to be a bit jealous.......

Corn bread muffin pans work well too.

Those bread stick cast iron pans work excellent for tin/pewter. I just weigh them, measure them, then divide the weight (in ounces) into the length (in inches) and the answer = one ounce increments. I use a set of hand pruners to cut off how many ounces I need. Super easy, no muss, no fuss. :)
