Well, i been resweating (new word) some aluminum cases. 380acp plinkers
1) I peened em (aluminum case's) back to life on my 700RPM "stainless steel media cleaner" w/hot water,lemi-shine,&dawn.
2) Then lightly run em on my rcbs case trimmer to freshin up. And length.
3) i been shootin em, what u think? Light bullseye loads/108gr stained bullet.

My pin washer: large rare earth manets siliconed to 7" grinding disk,400rpm motor would be best.

With light loads I doubt you'd have a problem, but I imagine wear and tear on the cases to be extreme.

Make sure you check brass closely. Blaser used to have a small piece of aluminum that cut across the flash hole to deter this very activity.

Cool mold btw. I've been thinking that with PC or Epoxy grease grooves might be unnecessary, but at the same time they don't seem to cause any problems either. I'd like to see some slick sided boolits from rifles, like paper patch molds, PC'd up.

These's 122gr black ones are great in 380's, lcp,tcp,p3at. Tricking out the tcp since the @holes want sell ya one part for tcp. I run ruger barrel in it, wolff springs, have hammer catch CNC'ed and heat treated.
