Well it was time to clean up the garage today. Melted down 200lbs of COWW's this morning in just about 3 hours, fluxed 3 times with sawdust. At least I know how long it will take, when I pick up another 200lbs next weekend. I am lucky my source for wheel weights pre-sorts them, and I only had about 4 or 5 lbs of zinc/steel. Figure between 15-20% loss in the clips.

This is a picture of most of my set up. I have 3 Lyman ingot molds, and a corn bread pan (makes the rounded shapes as seen above) Use a cheap Dollar Store slotted spoon and stainless steel spoon to skim the dross off. So far this year I have put 300 lbs. of wheel weights through the dutch oven, and my father-in-law used it for 300 lbs. himself.
