Sony Blue ray, problems with Netflix

Howdy, anyone out there with a Sony Blue ray having difficulty tonight getting Netflix or Hulu or any others? I'm trying to narrow down where my problem is. I just get 'error 303", and a prompt to reset settings. That does not help. Sony tech support will take 24 hours.

I bet you are going wireless. If possible use Ethernet cable from router.

Do you have a Netflix or HULU account? Remember....it's not free!

I would wait for Sony tech help.

On my kids Sony BR player I had to go to the sony website and register the darn thing.

Nope. Cable connection to modem, billing is set up for auto pay, device IS registered with Sony. Sony tech e-mailed, said they had technical problems. Netflix and Hulu worked great today...until 9:15PM. Same problem again. I googled, 'Sony Blue ray Netflix problems'. Seems Sony has a common recurring glitch with their devices.
