This video has exploded on the internet. I don't really look at many other sites/forums, but this one I happened upon and comments all over the web are all about the same: pleased this loser got what was coming to him.

My understanding is the robber died from his injuries, but notice the ambulance doesn't seem to be in any real hurry to take him to the hospital! he he....

exactly what I was thinking..the cop couldn't have stopped him BEFORE he picked it up only to drop it again? oh well, still a good end to a bad guy.

If that happened here, the koolaid drinkers would be screaming "EXCESSIVE FORCE"! "You can't kill a man over a scooter". "You can't use deadly force on a person who is no longer an immediate threat".

Sometimes third world countries actually do get it right. At least when it comes to deterring future crimes. Great way to reform repeat violent criminals; eliminate them before they can repeat.

This is called closing the barn door before the horse gets out; rarely happens in our criminal justice? system. Especially since the judges and parole boards keep letting the crooks back out.

when he is picking the bike up, that is a golden moment when BOTH his hands are occupied, and it will be almost impossible for him to be a threat. BUT, it only lasts for a moment. That is the time to act. Dude committed robbery. That action implies being willing to kill in order to get what you want. A robber who keeps at it long enough WILL eventually become a killer. You take those kind of people down hard, because that will save a life one day.
