When I open this up now I keep getting a message that Internet Explorer blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors. Any one know what's up? I didn't get the message yesterday. No one has toouched the computer since then, but it is a Dell.

I'm guess you don't know how to get into bios? You may need to change a battery in you computer that keeps the time /date. When your in Windows check what time/date it says, I bet it's not right.

On start up if you press the pause key on your keyboard it will pause the start up screen and you can see of the date is right. But since it's a Dell, it may not show.

I am getting the same notification, and I can guarantee that my computer is 'clean'.

I have looked at the homepage with the option chosen to display the content, and I see nothing different between the two versions. I am guessing the security certificate for one of the advertisements has expired.

Same thing on two different computers. Both are pretty new and very up to date.

Same here Windows 7 & IE10.

Maybe it's an IE thing cause I'm not getting it with Firefox.

Must be Internet Exploder or maybe a sponsor's site. I'm getting the warning on two seperate computers, both are on XP if it matters. GW

No clue, but suddenly I'm not getting the message. I'm satisfied, wouldn't understand what happened if somebody could explain it to me. It's tough being a dinosaur. GW

Apparently, Internet Explorer had issues, as I had the message all day long. Log on tonite, no messages. Looks like they cleaned it up.

FYI, security certificates are used by web sites to (among other things) prove to your browser that the site is who it says it is.

Ok, glad it is fixed. Is there any quick explanation of what was going on?

Wait a minute, I am STILL getting the 'security certificate error".

Bill,

Are you using Internet Exploder? I'm guessing IE just issued an update, since this is only causing conniptions for people using IE.

Yes, using IE, but this is the ONLY site that has it. I think there is something going on
in the site's certificate. Didn't do it last week and no changes to the system. . . . . . . well, it does
run Windows Update regularly, so I suppose it is possible that something got updated and
is no longer happy.
