I have a Velcro Bianchi belt, the type with the inner Velcro belt and the outer belt. How are you supposed to wear this thing? I'm a fairly big boy around the middle, and I can't get the thing tight enough. Once I get my gear on the belt, it sags bad, plus I get some major plumbers crack going on. Not pretty in anyone's book. Thanks.

I don't know what to tell you. I wore a similar rig from Safariland for years. Carried about 12 lbs. of weapon, ammo, cuffs, radio etc. with no problems. Make sure that the inner belt is long enough to have adequate overlap so it stays closed. If you only have a couple of inches to hold it together you will not be able to hold it tight. It sure beat the old system of holding the gun belt in place with keepers.

I think it may be too short, I only have about 4 inches overlap with holster, 3 pistol mag pouches, 2 rifle mags, drop bag, and muff clip.

Here is the outer belt: http://www.midwayusa.com/product/1336283720/bianchi-7201-gun-belt-1-3-4-velcro-closure-nylon-black?cm_vc=OBv11336109349

Here is the inner: http://www.midwayusa.com/product/109349/bianchi-7205-belt-liner-1-1-2-velcro-closure-nylon-black?cm_vc=S014

Are you supposed to wear the inner through your belt loops? If so, how do you keep your gear from sliding around? Thanks for your patience folks.

On mine, the inner belt went through the belt loops. The outer belt with the accessories on it...went over the outside. There is Velcro on the inner side of the outer belt and the outer side of the inner belt...(boy that is a mouthful). The Velcro hooks the two belts together and stops the outer from moving around. The alternative is to use keepers that connect both belts together.

If you have the inside of the outer belt covered with the back side of your mag pouches and accessories there may not be enough Velcro area to secure it. You may have to resort to keepers between the pouches to help hold it secure.

4" of overlap on the inner Velcro belt is minimal. I used to run about 6-7" and didn't have a problem.
My setup had a holster, double magazine pouch, cuff case, and prep radio case and there was plenty of Velcro area exposed to do the job with a 36" waist. (yeah it was a few years ago...lol)
The gear stays in place because there is exposed Velcro on either side of the accessory that is hooked up with the inner belt.
