Today is my birthday and it is not one I have been looking forward to. After the coming year is over I will be an octigen, octtegen, octegern. I can't spell it but it means youre in your eighties. I remember when times were better.

My daughter says anything past 90 is a blessing, I say anything after 60. She hasn't got here yet.

You're only as old as you feel. Count your blessings and quit worrying about getting old, it only ages you.
