Is it illegal to ship lead to some states?

Not that I know of. I ship cast bullets all over the USA via the Post Office (flat rate boxes)

I have received lead shipments through the mail, and UPS, some to CA and some to Oregon. No restrictions....

Not even in Kommifornia. I get lead all the time in the form of bullets or ingots, depending on whos sending what.
