How about these? Got given them this evening. I think they're grand.

They are to pretty to use.

But remember the youngsters will not understand just how delicate they are.

Is that all that are left from a set of 8? :)

Nice. Those should bring extra enjoyment with your morning and afternoon tea.

Those are nice. Regardless of the motif, which I like, they still have a beautiful color/pattern.

Very nice. I used to have a thermos bottle with very similar motif of flies. This is refined treasure.

I think you should tie a fly in each pattern shown then do extensive testing to see which pattern works best. Then take a tea break and repeat.

I am with MrOlliver, those wont hold near enough ice for tea.

Agreed... Tea goes in 32 oz containers at the VERY LEAST.

Those things are for cups of espresso.

Oh, nice. As a Scotsman, I have tremendous appreciation for tea-related items AND fly-fishin' motif. Well, ALL fishin'-related lifestyle products I suppose..... he he.

Those are awesome. As a tea drinker and a fly fisherman....I'm jealous.

Jeff, those are beautiful cups but I would caution you not to get your lip hooked on that little pink number. That would sing, especially while drinking hot tea.

We are going fishing down the canals weekend after next so I am going to smuggle them on board. Then, I can boil the kettle on my camp stove and have a very civilised cup 'o tea whilst fishing. All frightfully British you know.

I like them, tasteful cool pattern. I have an appreciation for the thin rims for coffee or tea. Even better if the rim has that outward flare.

That said, there is something I like about the stupidly thick Navy coffee mugs too. The biggest disappointment in a coffee mug is the camp style ceramic coated metal ones. Too hot at the start and ice cold in 5 minutes.

camp style ceramic coated metal ones

Makes you drink it faster so you don't taste it.

Jeff,

I have spent enough time in commonwealth countries to appreciate a 'wet'. My favorite is Yellow label Lipton from Ceylon(I'm dating myself, it's called Sri Lanka now). Gold tip Darjeeling is OK but not that much better than the Yellow Label.

Good looking cups and saucers.
