Seventrees canned magazine carrier.

Found something today I've never seen before, a Seventrees magnetic magazine carrier, in a can! Just like a can of beans, still sealed. The label says there should be a P38 opener under the plastic cap but of course that's gone. Wasn't Seventree's associated with creating the Devil ASP, cut-down S&W M39 back in the 70's? This one is apparently for a pocket pictol, such as a PPK according to the label, I think I'll keep it sealed as a curiosity.

IIRC they were made in NY in the 70's and 80's. Seemed rather expensive at the time. A fellow officer carried one as an off-duty weapon, but after several jams at the range, he lost confidence in it and sold it.

They were on the leading edge of the ultra-compact craze.
