I did it!!

Locofixer (Ben) and I did our normal romantic date night tonight, Walmart for groceries and supper at the local bar and grill. You can tell we are parents of young ones. We sent the baby sitter home and Ben decided it was time to use his new mold he got in the mail today. I decided it was time for me to learn to cast, 150 boolits later he has made a monster out of me. I finally figured out why he enjoys casting so much. It's really rewarding and relaxing.

Just had to share my excitement and my accomplishments with everyone.

If I could talk my wife into casting, I would probably just shoot and let her do the casting. It would be cheaper than buying a new pot. lol

I like the casting, the reloading part is okay, but the shooting part is my favorite. If I'm having a bad day at work all i have to do is walk though the door and ask Ben if he wants to step out back. We have an old washer and dryer out back to shoot at.

Congrats! Always glad to hear about more ladies gettin involved. My wife has made over 1500 now. She'll even sizem. Only trouble is she still shoots more than she makes, but I don't mind.

that One of the mold company's is thinking of making his and her molds.
The version for the ladies will have a her prefix right before the mold number,
they will also be offered in various different colors.
Mold colors could match the outfit of the day.
NOT saying your into that, but just in case someone else might be.
Anyway a family that cast together stays together.
