Here is a pic I shot with my 10" 44 mag contender at 25 yds.

It's a 273gr Flat point bullet, don't know if it was a GB but probably not as he says the bullet came from mould number 429640. ( I think I'll have to get one somewhere.... )

this is the first set of 5 shots in load development for this powder and bullet combo.

2 were shot 3 weeks ago and the last 3 shots were shot 2 days ago. All at the same target at the same distance.

I'll have to stretch it out to 50yds and see what it does.

a loaded round and an unsized unlubed bullet with just a check placed on it for looks.

I just finished casting 250 of the 429640 semi-wadcutters tonight. I have that mould and the hollow-point version too. They both shoot wonderfully in my Winchester 94 - 44 magnum. The semi-wadcutters came out at 288 grains each tonight. I'm guessing that 19.5 to 20.0 grains of H110 will do just fine with them.

The reason i bought the mould was LET-CA gifted me some last year. they shot particularly well in my redhawk, so purchasing a mould became a high priority.

FWIW ACWW drop .432 and 278 grains from my mould. Smaller than most people with rugers would like. I'm glad they worked out for you DJ.
