Title should read "fit".

A friend gave me a box of old stuff. In an envelope from Numrich Arms dated 1965 is a "five shot magazine". Pic #1 is a side shot, pic #2 is of the feed lips with a .38 special case for scale.

Winchester 1907 SLR in .351 I believe.

The .351 cartridge is a straight wall cartridge that looks similar to a .30 carbine , sized up to .351 caliber. These rifles were very popular with law enforcement in the 30's and 40's, including the FBI.

Thanks, skruske. That was my guess but I hadn't found a good photo.

'07 magazine. Not much else it could be. It also looks like an '07 mag!

I'll assume that it doesn't have .351 cal etched on the bottom? All of mine do.

They were also very popular with short range deer hunters in brushy country.

Did anyone notice it is a scaled up version of the Winchester M63 .22 Automatic?
